How do I secure my wedding date?
To secure your wedding date with Grey and Reed, we require a 50% booking fee along with a signed agreement. This ensures your date is exclusively reserved for you. The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day.
We recommend securing your date as early as possible, as our boutique calendar fills up quickly - especially during peak seasons.

In the months leading up to your celebration, we will keep in touch to answer questions, discuss final details, and ensure every element feels aligned with your vision. We are here to accommodate any changes or special requests, always with the goal of making the process seamless and stress free.

Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes, we do - we love traveling and will always try to keep additional travel costs to a minimum. Our main working regions are the Western Cape - Garden Route, but we are equally excited when love takes us to other national and international destinations.

Will there be a second shooter?
Yes - with every Grey and Reed wedding collection, there are always two photographers. Having both of us present means your story is captured from multiple perspectives: the big moments, the quiet in-betweens, and all the details in between.
This allows us to be fully present while documenting your day with intention — one of us focusing on the finer details and candid emotions, while the other ensures every key moment is beautifully preserved. Together, we create a complete, timeless narrative of your celebration.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes, there will be an additional cost of R2200 to each extended hour.
